• To increase our turnover at least by 10% every year.
• To sustain the land bank equal to land developed in previous year and develop land average of last five years.
• To develop newer contemporary competencies for high growth areas including urban-land management, theme parks, knowledge townships, and multi rise building.
• To facilitate the Public Private Partnership (PPP) & Joint Ventures for catering the housing needs .
• To improve the consumer's grievance redressal mechanism .
• To improve the working conditions and skill up-gradation inside the organization.
